How much mentoring and coaching do I need?

In times of rapid change (or explosive growth!) it is important to keep your feedback loops as short as possible. As a rule, the more challenging the situation, the more frequent the mentoring and coaching sessions should be.

Alternatively, if you are feeling more or less on top of things — or if you just want to explore possibilities for personal growth — a more infrequent model may suit.

How does it work?

A typically mentoring and coaching session runs for up to 90 minutes…it depends on your individual needs and how the session unfolds. Sessions may be face to face, on Skype, Zoom or FaceTime, or a mixture. Dr Graham Joseph Hill can offer you mentoring and coaching no matter where you are in the world!

Graham offers 4, 6, 8 and 12-session mentoring and coaching packages, each over a twelve-month period. All packages include reasonable phone and email contact in addition to the sessions themselves. Travel expenses outside the Sydney metropolitan region are extra, and are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

In view of the modest financial means of many Christian leaders, a discounted ministry rate is available.
